The proof-first promise

You never pay until you have seen and approved your pet's portrait. We paint a free digital proof within 48 hours of receiving your photo, and you can request unlimited revisions — or simply walk away — before any payment is taken.

 

After you approve

Because every portrait is custom-made to a proof you approved, we do not offer change-of-mind returns once printing begins. That said, we stand behind every order:

 

Damaged or defective on arrival: send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship free, or refund you in full — your choice.

 

Print does not match the approved proof: we will make it right with a free reprint or a full refund.

 

Lost in transit: if tracking shows no delivery within 15 business days (US) or 25 business days (international), we will reship free or refund in full.
