Shipping & Returns

Shipping, we print everything to order, so there's no warehouse with finished portraits sitting on a shelf. Day 1 you place your order. Days 2 to 4 we send your digital proof by email and you approve or request revisions. Days 5 to 9 we print and finish your piece. Days 10 to 13 it arrives in the US, or 14 to 19 internationally.

Free US standard shipping on orders over $75. Otherwise, $7.50 flat. Expedited and international rates are calculated at checkout.

Christmas and holiday cutoffs, we post our Christmas cutoff dates on the homepage starting November 1. The general rule: order by December 12 for guaranteed Christmas delivery on canvases and posters, and by December 8 for framed pieces. Earlier for international.

Returns and happiness guarantee, if you're not in love with what arrived, you have two options. First, we re-make it: send us a photo of what's wrong (or just tell us how it missed), and we'll redo it from scratch at no charge. Second, full refund: we'll refund the full amount within 60 days of delivery. We pay return shipping for our mistakes; you pay for change-of-mind returns ($12 US, $25 international).
